Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of membership-based travel services, the following
cancellation terms apply:
1. No Cancellation
- Confirmed memberships and tour bookings cannot be cancelled
- No monetary refunds shall be issued under any circumstances
2. Alternative Passenger Transfer
- Customers may request to transfer the tour to another eligible individual
- Transfers are subject to verification, documentation approval, and applicable charges
- Transfer requests must be made within the prescribed timeframe before travel
3. Unused Services
Failure to utilize booked tours or services shall not entitle the customer
to refunds, credits, or future adjustments.
4. Force Majeure
In cases of government restrictions, pandemics, natural disasters, or other
force majeure events, Future Destination may offer alternate arrangements or
rescheduling at its discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
