By registering, purchasing a membership, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Future Destination provides travel planning, tour arrangement, and facilitation services only. We do not sell physical products. All services are rendered through third-party vendors such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and tour partners.
Memberships are issued per individual customer and are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted under specific conditions defined by the company.
Services may include local, national, and international tours, depending on the selected membership plan and availability.

Future Destination shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, or damages caused by third-party service providers, natural events, government actions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Any misuse, fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
